Priest-in-Charge Halftime

The Rt. Rev. Samuel Rose is accepting applications for the position of Priest-in-Charge. This position is half-time with accommodation provided by a Rectory.

The Parish of Harbour Grace is a two-point parish within the Town of Harbour Grace in the Conception Bay North area (one hour from the capital of St. John’s). Both congregations have their own church building, and each congregation is supported by strong lay leadership. The Parish is supported by a non-stipendiary priest, as well as licensed lay ministers.

Half-time stipendiary ministry is Sunday worship (2 services) and ten (10) days of pastoral ministry each month.  There is two weeks annual leave and one week of educational leave each year.

The effective start date is September 1, 2025 (negotiable).
