Priest-in-Charge, half-time, Diocese of Eastern Newfoundland and Labrador

The Rt. Rev. Samuel Rose is accepting applications for the position of Priest-in-Charge, half-time, for the Parish of St. John the Evangelist.

St. John the Evangelist is a one-point parish located in the Town of Conception Bay South, 15 minutes from the Capital City of St. John’s, NL

A half-time position consists of:

1. Sunday worship
2. Ten days per month for pastoral and administrative ministry
3. Contract for one year with a renewable option
4. Half remuneration according to the Diocesan Stipend Scale
5. Accommodation half Housing Allowance according to the Diocesan Allowance amount
6. Two weeks of vacation time per year
7. One week of study leave

The effective start date is June 1, 2026 (negotiable)
