Director of Music – St. Thomas’ Anglican Church, Belleville, Ontario

St. Thomas’ Anglican Church in Belleville, Ontario, is seeking a Director of Music. Our church has a rich musical heritage rooted in the Anglican tradition, and we are open to new ideas and musical innovation.

We are blessed with a 1977 Gabriel Kney Pipe Organ, a five-foot grand piano, and a Viscount F1 Cantorum. We welcome applicants with demonstrated ability as an organist and choir director, including experience with recitals, concerts, and a variety of musical styles. Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the rector and others involved in worship planning to serve the diverse needs of the congregation.

Salary: Commensurate with qualifications and experience, in accordance with the 2026 RCCO guidelines

Hours: Flexible, minimum of 20 hours per week, structured to meet both your needs and those of the church
