Recreation Coordinator

We are hiring Summer Youth Staff, young people aged 16-25 years. Summer youth staff have fun working in this most beautiful setting and make lifelong friends. Positions are full-time, approximately 30-40 hours/week. Pay is above the minimum wage rate and shared accommodation is available.

We are looking for Recreation Coordinators who are enthusiastic, energetic, and motivated individuals who can plan and supervise engaging programs for the children and youth of the Sorrento Retreat and Conference Centre guests, and work alongside the summer youth staff. The Recreation Coordinators would report to the Child & Youth Coordinator, assist with program and administrative duties, supervise children and youth in summer program during daily activities, mentor summer youth staff, supervise, work well withing a team environment, and be a liaison between summer youth staff and the our management team.
