St. Jude’s Church is seeking to hire an Administrative Secretary. The Administrative Secretary  provides general office support that includes the preparation of the weekly service bulletins and announcements, reception, correspondence, social media and website management, and data input and reporting.

The applicant should possess MS Office competency that includes Excel and Outlook and possess a keen attention to detail, have well-developed time-management and prioritizing capabilities coupled with the ability to exercise confidentiality in all you do.  This position requires multi-tasking and great communication skills, with experience working with a variety of desktop and cloud based software programs.
